My daughter was there for physical therapy. She was supposed to be there for 2 to 3 months. She was not getting all of her therapy sessions due to short staffing. She ended up being sent to the hospital with e Coli three weeks after she got there. Her family noticed her arm was swollen and forced them to call her an ambulance.

Outside, somebody hit the canopy, and there were building materials there for the whole time we were there. It was on the ground there for at least three weeks. Insurance covered it, but I think it was too high after the insurance ran out. It wasn’t worth staying there and paying that kind of money. Many seniors and their families use some form of financial assistance to help them pay for nursing care.
And my mother is able to be much more social than she was before moving in. My father’s care at this facility has been top notch from the moment he was transferred from the VA Medical Center. I am truly impressed and very thankful for the excellent staff and exceptional facility.

Dining options include shared meals, and room service is available when needed. The facility also provides laundry service. One former resident who received short-term care at the facility praised the staff for making her temporary loss of independence bearable. Family and friends of other residents note that staff have provided this same attention to care to their loved ones. With activities ranging from religious services to arts and crafts, short-term and long-term residents enjoy life in this community.
I was at Homeview Health and Rehabilitation for rehab. I feel that sometimes, some of the aides didn’t want to help me. Some things happened when I was there, but other than that, I met some people I had befriended.

The Cost of Other Types of Senior Care
The best part of it was when we were done unlike home, they took care of cleaning up the room. Also on the grounds they have a large outdoor nature area. Residents are able to go outside and walk the grounds that share with nuns next door. There are beautiful statues and flowers around the area as well.
Greenwood Healthcare Center is a nursing home located in Greenwood that offers nursing home care. I think the staff at Franklin Meadows is great. My loved one has dementia and they are very well trained on how to handle it. The only complaint I have is the building its in very bad shape. While reading these reports, keep in mind that the quality of a nursing home may get much better or much worse in a short period of time.
My mother has a catheter and a natural predisposition toward infections of the sort. It is not at all uncommon for us to get there and see that there is sediment in the catheter tube. However, despite this one fickle, neither of them seen to have a problem with the daily care that they receive.

Had a friend there and each day he was there he got continually worse. It's like those people do not care about the patients all they are after is the money. Would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place for a loved one.. Nurse's were constantly on their phones and wish not yo be bothered.
We went to the nurse's station to get a few questions answered about my father. As the nurses were sitting in the chairs directly on the opposite side of the counter, they did not acknowledge the presence. Once we asked a specific question the response was I am not his nurse. The facility smells of urine that cannot be masked by cleaning chemicals. I suggest you take tours of other facilities before choosing this one. My father was transported out of the building with a fever and pneumonia.
I had no problem with how things went, but I wasn’t staying there. Everybody was helpful in taking care, keeping her up with medicines, following doctor’s orders, and doing her rehab work. There were plenty of things there to do, but she just didn’t feel like doing it. The staff members at Beech Grove Meadows are great and a lot of them have been there for a really long time.
