At the time when my grandmother was admitted into the facility there was quite the waiting list as many people know how great this facility is. It is not only a nice facility, but the staff is great as well. They helped my grandmother out quite a bit while she stayed here and were always ready to great myself and the rest of the family anytime we came to visit. On one such occasion we brought a few of the great grandchildren to visit. They let use one of the downstairs "party" rooms to all gather and play. We used this area just as though we were at grandmas home.
Therapy did a great job helping him to get his strength back. My husband and I would like to thank all the staff in rehab for all your kindness to him during his stay. You are all marvelous and can give yourselves a big pat on the back.

Outside, somebody hit the canopy, and there were building materials there for the whole time we were there. It was on the ground there for at least three weeks. Insurance covered it, but I think it was too high after the insurance ran out. It wasn’t worth staying there and paying that kind of money. They were short-staffed, though, so their care was not too good. Sometimes you get good care and other times you get bad care. It was clean but there were times when it wasn’t. She got Covid there and when we changed rooms, there were feces right around the corner.

Would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place for a loved one.. Nurse's were constantly on their phones and wish not yo be bothered.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to place their loved ones. Even though they were limited to the in person activities they still had a lot to offer so no one was bored. My friend stayed for a while at the Waters of Indianapolis. Overall, it was clean and nice, and they have therapy, which is very good. They were very good to her and very helpful. However, she was not happy with the food; she hated it.
I know that if we have a serious problem, we always know who to go to. My mother loved their food because she goes back for seconds. If they have, she will go and they will give her some more. One day she cleaned up her plate so I would say the food is really good. My wife was at Golden Livingcenter – Indianapolis.
